How to Order

You can order our products from our website www.doukasculture.com:

Find the products you are interested in through the search engines or from the various theme pages. Click on the [BUY NOW] link on the product you are interested in and this will take you to the product page in the STORE.

• Select the Material, Dimensions and number of pieces and click on the [ADD TO CART] link.
• If you are a new customer you will be asked to fill in a form with your details and provide a code of your choice, which you can use every time in the future.
• If you have already provided your details in the past you can log in by entering your password.
• After checking the product and the dimensions you have selected, click on the “Complete Order” button.
• If you are a registered user you can log in, if not just fill in the billing & shipping details.
• Choose the payment method that suits you and press the “Send Order” button.
• Once you complete the process, you will receive an automated e-mail with all the details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail of your order, please inform us, as there may be a problem with the contact details you have filled in.

Ways of Shipping / Receiving Products

DOUKAS S.A. offers the choice between the following shipping methods:

Domestic Missions:

Shipping via a Courier Company

All orders are shipped within Greece with the partner courier companies ACS and ELTA Courier. All our products come to your place in safe packaging, so you can receive them in perfect condition.

Once your order is delivered to the courier company, we will send you the delivery code.

Domestic missions: Orders within Greece are delivered in 3 to 10 working days.

Mission Cost: Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon order completion and are proportional to the volume of the order. In any case the minimum charge is 3,50€

Collection from the Store at no extra cost

You can pick up your order from our physical store at 34 Philippou 34, Perea, 57019 Thessaloniki, after you have called +30 6977 787 2134 and set a specific appointment.

As soon as your order is ready you will be informed by e-mail.

Foreign Missions:

Via DHL

Foreign missions: Delivery of orders outside Greece can take from 3 working days to 2-3 weeks, depending on the shipping method selected. DUKAS S.A. is not responsible for the payment of any additional charges that may arise from taxes and duties set by customs authorities in countries outside the European Union.
